Week Two | Spring Greens, Rooted Veggies & a Farm in Bloom

Stone Hollow Farmstead

The farm is beginning to turn green again, and what a welcome sight it is. After months of muted winter tones, watching the colors shift, and the weather that has felt like a true reprieve, there’s a rhythm returning to our days — early harvests, birdsong in the air, and those quiet signs that spring is settling in.

This week, our team has begun shipping out dahlia tubers, and we are genuinely thrilled by the response! So many of you are jumping in to grow your own blooms this year, and it brings us such joy to share that experience with you. Whether you’re planting your first tuber or adding to an already-thriving garden, we can’t wait to see what you grow.

We’re also preparing for a Mother’s Day launch with new offerings and a few thoughtful surprises we think you’ll love. Be sure to keep an eye out in the coming weeks!

In the meantime, let’s take a look at this week’s CSA share — it’s full of flavor, texture, and color.
