Week Four | Rooted in Spring

Spring has officially arrived at Stone Hollow, and the energy on the farm is unmistakable. The air is still crisp — we are dipping to 38°F in the morning — but we believe this may be our final snap of Alabama cold. Everything is coming alive. Our fields are bursting with color, the first waves of new growth are unfurling, and blooms are already filling our coolers. The farm is vibrant, fragrant, and moving full speed ahead.

This week marks an exciting milestone: we’ve officially begun shipping our rooted dahlia cuttings! Our dear friend Buddy from Cashiers is in town helping us with the process, and our entire team is working around the clock to get both tubers and cuttings off to their new homes. It’s busy, beautiful, a little stressful—and precisely the energy that sets the tone for the growing season ahead. We’re grateful to share this moment with you and hope your CSA share this week brings a taste of that same seasonal joy to your kitchen.
