Directions: For a quart-sized jar, place 1+1/2 tablespoons seeds inside the jar, and attach the lid. Use lukewarm water to cover the seeds. Swirl and pour the water to rinse seeds. Refill with lukewarm water to just over the seeds height, and let soak overnight in a place where direct light isn't on the jar.
